I am a native of the Capital Region and began my real estate career in
1991 when I associated with the local Century 21 affiliate as a licensed sales
agent.
I became an independent licensed broker in 1994 and have since
accumulated a vast array of real estate experience including helping
buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals, owning and running
Maloney Realty, appraising residential and commercial real estate, and
investing / managing small residential income property.
In order to provide the ultimate real estate service for both sellers and
buyers of real estate, I teamed up with The McCurdy Real Estate Group in
Latham, run by Broker/Owner Dawn McCurdy. Dawn's team of true
professionals are the most competent and dedicated in the business and go
